About Daniel

Welcome to an abbreviated biography of myself, Daniel Callaghan. I began my sales career in 1978, selling new homes out of a Builder's model home! I earned a BS Degree in Construction Management in 1980, from Bradley University. I switched gears in 1980, working for large commercial construction companies thru 1985, starting as an assistant superintendent and, eventually, becoming a project manager spanning six projects with 16 story heights or greater. Switched gears again in 1985, returnin... g to work for a home builder, constructing homes during the week, and showing model homes on Saturday & Sunday. Eventual, I became an equal partner with the builder, and continued to sell homes. I'm married to my lovely wife of 38 years, and we raised three wonderful sons, and now have three grandchildren!! We had been four month per year Florida residents since 2001, and fulltime since 2012. My recent clients have included representing both buyers and sellers, and the renovations of existing homes and condos. Experience matters.... and with my knowledge of construction costs, I am able to provide an additional perspective for your real estate investment, not normally found with a typical Realtor.
